Reading Log (2018 edition)

It’s that time again. I’ve archived this list in case I ever want to look back at it, and I’ve started tracking books for the new year on the main reading log page. I don’t know that I’ll look back, but who knows? Someday I might be glad I kept this. :-)

Books read in 2018*

*List began July 23, 2018 this year, for reasons you can discover by following the link. Fiction only, as usual.

  1. All Systems Red by Martha Wells
  2. The Other Lady Vanishes by Amanda Quick
  3. Quicksilver by Amanda Quick
  4. ‘Til Death Do Us Part by Amanda Quick
  5. Promise Not to Tell by Jayne Ann Krentz
  6. When All the Girls Have Gone by Jayne Ann Krentz
  7. Artificial Condition by Martha Wells
  8. Rogue Protocol by Martha Wells
  9. Make Me by Lee Child

Next up: Island in the Sea of Time by S.M. Stirling (after reading about half of it, I’ve decided I’m probably not going to finish it but we shall see), Master and Commander by Patrick O’Brian (still reading this one), Altered Carbon by Richard K. Morgan, and Gunpowder Moon by David Pedreira.

Next up is really my currently reading list. After these, who knows where my interest will turn! :)

Reading plans as of October 30, 2018

  • Read 8 fiction books in the remainder of 2018 (completed: 8)
  • Read 8 nonfiction books in the remainder of 2018 (completed: 0) (Probably because I spent so much time reading saved articles in Pocket.)
  • Read 50 fiction books in 2019
  • Read 50 nonfiction books in 2019 (Yeah, already changed my mind about this. I’m aiming for 5 and they should not be of the self-help or self-improvement genre.)
